Returns

 

You can return any item purchased on our website within 60 days of purchase for any reason (as long as it’s returned in the same condition you received it of course). To return an item, just follow the steps below:

1: Fill out the return request form below

  • Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email
  • Describe any issues in as much detail as possible.

 

2: Print a free return label from our Returns Portal

 

3: Remove all of your data from the device. Click Here for details on resetting your device to factory settings

 

4: Box up your device, along with any accessories you received from us, and drop it off at your local Post Office or Schedule A USPS Pickup.

 

5: We’ll send you a full refund or exchange within 5 business days after your package has been delivered to our  facility

The Fine Print

We can’t accept returns for items you have damaged or altered in any way. (This also includes software alterations by means of jailbreaking, rooting, etc.)

We can’t accept returns for items that still have your personal data attached and subsequently cannot be restored to factory settings (ie, iCloud Locked, Google Locked, etc)

We can’t accept returns for items which were purchased more than 60 days before the return request date

Once you print a return shipping label, you must ship back your item(s) within 14 days

You are responsible for ensuring your returned items are safely and adequately packaged for shipping.

In the event your returned items are in violation of these rules, we will send your items back to you, without issuing a refund.
