When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase. Here’s a link to our shipping time-table for more details.

How can I track my package?

We’ll email you a link with your tracking number as soon as your label has been created. You can also find your tracking number on the my account page (provided you made an account).

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your shipping address once your order has been created due to standards put in place by payment processors.

If you find an error in your address after placing an order please contact us and we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it’s shipped. Please keep in mind that our shipping team often times packs orders within hours or minutes of an order being placed during business hours. Because of this quick turnaround time, we cannot always guarantee that your order will be canceled.


Does GadgetGone ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to locations within the United States and its territories.

What shipping carriers does GadgetGone use?

Currently we ship all orders with the Unites States Postal Service (USPS).

Will I need to be home to sign for my package?

Orders valued over $750 will be shipped with signature required. Orders valued less than $750 will not require a signature for delivery.


What are my payment options?

At checkout you can choose to pay with a Credit or Debit Card, Amazon or PayPal.

Do you offer financing?

At checkout, PayPal may offer multiple options you can use to spread out your payments.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, all credit card transactions are processed directly by PayPal. We never see or have access to your credit card information.

Returns & Warranty Claims

Can I return an item?

Absolutely, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it within the first 6o days of purchase. To return an item, just follow the directions on this page.

How long will my refund take?

After your returned item has arrived at our facility we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

GadgetGone will pay for the return shipping label during your 60-day free return period.

For warranty requests (after 60 days) you will be responsible for shipping your item to us.

What is a Certified Refurbished Device?

Before we clear a device for resale it must pass a series of functional, network, and cosmetic inspections. Only devices that pass all of these tests make the cut to become part of our Certified Refurbished inventory. Some devices may undergo minor refurbishing or replacement of internal components to reach our standards.

Where does GadgetGone source its inventory?

Most of our Certified Devices come directly from original owners via our trade-in website, Some may also come from trusted wholesale partners. Either way, they have to pass all of our tests and inspections before they are listed for sale.
